The Castelli Aria Women's Vest employs stretch and microfibre fabrics, offering a welcome update on a classic piece of cycling apparel: the wind vest.
The vest completely blocks wind on the front while allowing breathability on the back. The rear panel’s stretch material means that the vest sits tight to the body without being restrictive.
As this is an item that will likely be taken off once it warms up or will be stowed ready for cresting summits and flying down long descents, Castelli has made it packable. The vest packs into its own rear pocket and at 60g takes up hardly any room in a jersey pocket.
Please note Castelli shell jackets are designed to fit over summer clothing only, if you wish to purchase a waterproof jacket for use over winter clothing, please size up. Otherwise, select your Castelli jacket in the same size as you would select a jersey.
