The Gestalt x is made to expand your horizons even further beyond roads. Marin extended the possibilities of the gestalt by adding generous tire clearance, lowering the stand over, using solely one-by drivetrains, adding dropper post routing, and tuning the geometry for more adventurous riding. This is the drop bar bike for the rider looking for singletrack no matter what the occassion, the perfect bike to ride the road both to and from the trail and cut through unexplored places to find new routes

The Gestalt X is built with a longer-than-the-usual wheelbase, slack-like-your-mountain-bike head angle, low-slung frame, wide bars, short stem, big and chunky tires with room for up to 50mm on 700c or 54mm with a 650b wheelset.
The Gestalt XR takes gravel to the next level. XR brings our MTB-inspired, Series 3 aluminum Gestalt X frame and adds a gravel-specific Shimano GRX 11-speed drivetrain, GRX hydraulic disc brakes, a TranzX dropper post, cushy and grippy 44mm wide Vee Tire Rubber and heaps of our own bespoke Marin components.
